These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to the curatorpro.app website and your participation in the Curator pre-launch waitlist, provided by Story Bay Film Production FZ, a Free Zone company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("Story Bay", "we", "us"). By joining the waitlist or creating a user account, you agree to these Terms. Curator ("Software") is currently in pre-launch; no paid purchase is available at this time.
The Curator waitlist is limited to the first one thousand (1,000) registrants ("Founding Members"). Joining the waitlist reserves your place but does not constitute a purchase or a binding contract for delivery of the Software. Specific commercial terms — including pricing, license model, and delivery date — will be communicated to waitlist members in advance of public launch, and only become binding when you expressly accept them.
Story Bay reserves the right to amend the waitlist offering at any time prior to launch. We will notify registered waitlist members by email of any material change.
Curator's AI-assisted metadata features require the use of a third-party large-language-model provider, currently Anthropic, PBC ("Anthropic"). Each customer is solely responsible for obtaining, registering and maintaining their own Anthropic API key in their own name and under their own Anthropic account, and for all fees, usage charges, taxes and obligations arising from that account.
Story Bay does not resell, intermediate, sublicense or guarantee access to Anthropic's services. The relationship between you and Anthropic is governed exclusively by Anthropic's own terms of service and privacy policy. Story Bay accepts no liability for the availability, performance, pricing, suspension or termination of any third-party AI service, nor for any cost incurred on your Anthropic account.
No payment is collected during the waitlist phase. When paid access becomes available at public launch, payments will be processed by a regulated third-party payment processor acting as Merchant of Record. The applicable payment terms, refund policy, and delivery terms will be presented for express acceptance before any charge is made.
You retain all rights to the video files, images, metadata, and outputs you process with Curator. Story Bay claims no ownership over your content and does not access it.
Optional AI features rely on third-party providers (currently Anthropic). Use of those features is subject to the respective provider's terms. Story Bay is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or output of third-party services.
The Software is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Story Bay does not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Story Bay's total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Software is limited to the amount (if any) you paid for the Software in the 12 months preceding the claim. Story Bay is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or business.
Story Bay may remove your waitlist registration or terminate your user account if you materially breach these Terms. You may unsubscribe or request deletion of your data at any time by contacting curatorpro@storybay.ae.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the regulations of the applicable Dubai Free Zone authority. The competent courts of Dubai, UAE shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
