These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of Curator ("Software"), provided by Story Bay Film Production FZ, a Free Zone company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("Story Bay", "we", "us"). By purchasing or using Curator, you agree to these Terms.
Subject to payment, Story Bay grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual ("lifetime") license to install and use Curator on devices you own or control. The Early Bird license includes free updates for the lifetime of the product.
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, Inc., which acts as Merchant of Record on behalf of Story Bay Film Production FZ - Dubai. Lemon Squeezy is responsible for invoicing, applicable sales tax (including EU VAT), and refund processing.
You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, for any reason, by emailing hi@curatorpro.app. Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
Early Bird customers receive their license key by email and access to the Software upon general release on July 1, 2026. Story Bay will notify customers of any material change to this delivery date.
You retain all rights to the video files, images, metadata, and outputs you process with Curator. Story Bay claims no ownership over your content and does not access it.
Optional AI features rely on third-party providers (e.g., OpenAI, Google). Use of those features is subject to the respective provider's terms. Story Bay is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or output of third-party services.
The Software is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Story Bay does not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Story Bay's total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Software is limited to the amount you paid for the license in the 12 months preceding the claim. Story Bay is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or business.
Story Bay may terminate this license if you materially breach these Terms and fail to cure the breach within 30 days of written notice. Upon termination, you must uninstall and stop using the Software.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the regulations of the applicable Dubai Free Zone authority. The competent courts of Dubai, UAE shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
